We reserve the right to refuse to supply any goods you order. You are making a offer to Popside Fanatics to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon these terms.

All designs and artwork (not including DCFC individual badges) are copyright of Popside Fanatics. You may not copy, modify, adapt, develop, create any derivative work, reverse engineer, trace, decompile or disassemble the created work or any part thereof or carry out any act otherwise restricted by copyright or other intellectual property right.

Descriptions and specifications of products on our website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.

PAYMENT

Security to everyone is a major concern, with all payments made through, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit cards. Cleared payment must be received before we dispatch any goods. All products remain property of Popside Fanatics until we have received full payment.

We reserve the right to change the price at any time with goods subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods we will refund you any money already paid. We will not be liable for compensation for damages of any sort if we do not supply the goods. The price of goods will be stipulated at the the time when you place an order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' price or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is incorrect. We will inform you of the correct price where you have the option to cancel your order.

Delivery

All deliveries will be subject to an appropriate delivery charge, this will be detailed on the site or advised before delivery.

Dispatch of the goods will be completed within 1-5 business days. In the event we have received a high volume demand in products we will contact you and advise you of this and give you the option to cancel your order if you so wish to do so.

Import duties - If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside of the UK, you are responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country. We have no control over such charges and please be aware these may cause a delay in your delivery.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you have 30 days to contact us at popsidefanatics@gmail.com

We will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the product is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. For your own protection, we strongly advise you to obtain a proof of posting in case of any damage in transit. Popside Fanatics cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate care has not been taken and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse. Return of an item is at your own cost unless an item is proven to be faulty. The original delivery coast is not refundable.
